ITS - Help Desk

About the Help Desk
PerceptIS provides most of the computer and IT support for the Case campus. We are an independent company, formed in 2004, intended to solve the IT needs of higher education and nonprofit organizations.

Everyone at Case is entitled to one free walk-in visit a year. Anyone having trouble with a computer used for academic purposes may bring it to one of the Walk-In Centers for a free diagnosis and solution. Subsequent visits are free with the purchase of a Care Package. Otherwise, the offer is good only for the first walk-in.

If you prefer troubleshooting your computer problem by phone, the PerceptIS Call Center can be reached by phone at: 216-368-HELP (x4357). You can also submit a ticket online at http://help.case.edu/problem or my.case.edu under the Help Desk tab.
Help Desk Hours: 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year

Walk-in Center hours:

  • PerceptIS House, 11310 Juniper Rd. (SOON TO BE 11424 Bellflower (as of 2/26/2007)): Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am-4:00pm
  • Sears Bldg. Room 340: Mon-Fri - 8:30am-5:00pm (Location)
       
  • Summer or Break Hours: Mon-Fri - 9:00am-5:00pm
