Ways to Get More Help

Help is on the line. We give you different ways to get the help that you need.

Call us at 216-368-HELP (4357), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

Visit one of the walk-in centers: PerceptIS House, 11310 Juniper (Mon.-Fri. 9:00AM - 5:00PM); or Sears on the Case Quad (Mon.-Fri. 8:30AM - 5:00PM).

If you have a Care Package, then someone can come to you on campus if the problem can't be solved remotely.
