VPN is not working - how can this be fixed?

The most common reason for VPN not working is that it is an old version of VPN installed and needs to be updated. To do this, please follow the instructions under “I Had VPN Before”.

Another common cause of VPN problems is Firewalls. Most home routers contain Firewalls. Please consult the manual that came with your router for directions on how to enable VPN connections. As an alternative solution, you may bypass your router when connecting to VPN by connecting the mode directly into the computer. Note that this is not possible with all high-speed internet packages.

If you are still unable to connect to VPN, just call the helpdesk (368-HELP).
