Forwarding Email

How to have your Case email sent to another email address.

What is it?

You can automatically forward any incoming email from your Case Email account to another. Usually this is convenient for people with multiple email accounts who want to check just one, or for people traveling such distances as to make long distance rates to directly access Case frightening. Be careful! If you have your email forwarded it is all too easy to forget your Case Email password! Your Case Email password is important for many other things including changing or re-setting the forwarding. If you aren't using your password on a regular basis, write it down and put it in a safe and secure spot.

So, how do I do this?

It couldn't be simpler, go to the The Webmail Delegated Administrator page (The page will ask for your Case Network ID and password) click on 'Mail Delivery Options' check the 'enable forwarding' box and enter the email address you want your Case email forwarded to. You will need to click the Save button at the bottom of the page and then log out of the page. Voila! Your email is now being forwarded. To cancel or change the forwarding simply go back to the Forwarding page and un-check the 'enable forwarding' box or change the address you have entered. Don't forget to Save and log out of Delegated Administrator!
