This isn't spam!
Hey, a legitimate message got marked as spam! Why?
No junk mail filter is perfect and while the junk mail writers try harder and harder to make their messages look legitimate it becomes even more difficult for computerized filters to decide which is legitimate and which is not.
You can always add a trusted address to your Accept List so that their email will not pass through the Junk Mail Filter.
Also, when writing email there are a few ways you can make your messages look less like spam.
- Use the Bcc and CC fields if you are sending to more than one person. Avoid sending to large lists of addresses at once.
- Avoid html coding in email messages.
- Check spelling.
- Avoid slang or adult language.
- Type in paragraph form using complete sentences.
