IMAP JunkMail folder not syncing

If your JunkMail folder in your email program is not getting any new junk mail delievered into it, it may be sitting on the server.
Your email program should automatically download everything from the mail server, if it does not you have two options:
  1. Log on to Mail.case.edu and delete the Junk Mail there.
    -or-
  2. Re-sync your client's junk mail folder. In Eudora you can do this by right-clicking on your JunkMail folder and choosing 're-sync with server' This will pull down the junk mail to your computer.
Note: This problem and solution only affects IMAP users.
