Which Address?
I have several email addresses, which get Spam Control and which don't?
Your Case email address comes in up to seven variations:
Your firstname.lastname@case.edu,
your userid@case.edu (such as abc7@case.edu) and up to five personal mail aliases. All seven of these addresses are treated alike in the eyes of Spam Control!
Weatherhead Email accounts (abc7@weatherhead.case.edu) are on a separate system and do NOT get Spam Control.
Alumni email accounts, unfortunately, do not qualify for Spam Control, though they do get automatic virus filtering.
