Spam Control Access

Who has access to Spam Control?
Only currently enrolled students, current faculty and staff have access to Spam Control. Others do get the advantage of the built-in virus scanner, but not the Spam Control features.

Personal mail alaises recieve Spam Control, however administrative aliases (Such as: Help@case.edu) do not.
