Support for Carbonite
Details on how to get help for Carbonite if it is not functioning properly
The Carbonite Backup System is supported by the vendor, not the Case Help Desk.
If you have the Carbonite product installed, double-click on the system tray status icon to open the InfoCenter, then click on [Get Support] and follow the on-screen instructions to relay a message to the Carbonite support staff.
If the InfoCenter is not available, go to www.carbonite.com/case and choose the help tab on the top menu. Under the header “What kind of help can I get?” there is a link to email customer support for additional assistance.
