Incorrect Tree or Server

If you are using the Novell Client (the old way of connecting to Novell) it will ask you for a Tree, Context and Server.

First, make sure you are using the correct username and password for Novell NetWare. The Username is the same as your CASE email, but the password is different.

Second, click the "Advanced" button in the Novell Logon window. There are spaces to enter tree and server. Make sure the tree is set to "CWRUnet", the server is the NetWare server you have access to (for example: Pulitzer.lit.case.edu) and the context is set correctly for you.

The context is based on the first letter of your username, for example if your username is axb7, your context is ab.IDs.CWRU.

If your username starts with:Your Context is:
a or bab.ids.cwru
c or dcd.ids.cwru
e, f, g, h or iei.ids.cwru
jj.ids.cwru
k or lkl.ids.cwru
mm.ids.cwru
n, o, p, q or rnr.ids.cwru
ss.ids.cwru
t, u, v, w, x, y or ztz.ids.cwru
