What is Minitab?
MINITAB is a statistical analysis program used by many University Statistics classes.
So, How do I install it?
- On the Software Center webpage, click on Windows Download
next to MINITAB 13.2. The download should automatically begin in a few seconds. If it doesn't, click the word 'here' to begin the download.
- Double click on the install file.
- Write down the Site ID Header and Site ID Code exactly as they appear for later use.
- Click next on the welcome screen.
- Accept the End User License Agreement.
- Choose type of installation, and click next. NOTE: typical installation is recommended. Click next.
- Enter the Site ID Header and the Site ID Code exactly as they appeared from step 4. Click next.
- Click yes. Click next.
- Click yes or no when prompted if you want a desktop icon and Click OK. You're Done!
- Minitab has updates, on the Software Center webpage click the asterisks * in the orange area next to the Windows Download to get the updates!
- Note: Minitab requires KeyAccess. If you have not already done so, you will need to Install Key Access.
