Photoshop for Macintosh

What is Photoshop?

Photoshop is Adobe's powerful graphics editing program. You can use it to edit photos and other computer images as well as drawing original artwork. It's very useful for making images clearer for websites. In fact most of the graphics in this website were made either using Photoshop or its companion program Illustrator.

So, How do I install it?

  1. On the Software Center webpage, click on Macintosh Download screen shot next to Adobe Photoshop 7. The download should automatically begin in a few seconds. If it doesn't, click the word 'here' to begin the download.
  2. Your Download Manager should pop up.

When it's done there will be the Adobe Photoshop Installer on your Desktop. The file is named photoshop7.dmg.

  3. A window will open with the program folder and a number of documents.  Read the message from the Software Center, then move the photoshop 7 folder to your applications folder.  You are now done installing Photoshop 7!
Note: You will need Key Access to run Photoshop.
