Installing Software From The Software Center
Here is a list of software currently availible from the Software Center. If you click on the name of the program you are interested in, you will be taken to a page that has detailed installation instructions as well as solutions to common problems.

Common Problems
- I don't see the software I want on the Software Center
Unfortunately there are limitations to the software the university can provide. Sometimes the problem is due to the server distribution method, sometimes legal issues and sometimes just the price itself is preventative! If you have a question about a specific software program you would like to see on the Software Center, email the administrators at softwarecenter@case.edu.
- When I try to download something, a whole bunch of windows open up and it doesn't download!
You probably have Netscape Smart Download installed. Even if you use Internet Explorer to connect to the Software Center, Netscape Smart Download will try to run if it is on your computer. To fix this problem find Netscape Smart Download and either turn it off or uninstall it.
