Customer Satisfaction Survey Improvement

The PerceptIS Customer Satisfaction Survey which is sent out via email for every resolved Helpdesk ticket has been improved. Your feedback is important to us and is key to continual efforts to improve support on campus.

The new survey can be accessed from Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Safari, Epiphany, Opera and many other web browsers where the old version only worked in Internet Explorer.
