Software Center Download Reset Request Form

The Software Center has implemented a way to reset downloads in case downloads fail to complete and the option to download is grayed out. Click "Read On" for details.

If you are trying to download software from the Software Center and you receive an error or the application fails to download completely, you will notice that the option to download will be grayed out. If this should happen, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll all the way down the main Software Center page. Click Download Reset Request Form.
  2. Complete and submit the form, and your request will be reviewed.

This policy is due to licensing restrictions. Each Case user ID can download only one version of Office 2007, and there may be other applications that this policy applies to as well.
