Name Change
Unfortunately, your Case Network ID cannot be changed once it is set. However your email adress can be changed.
If you have changed your legal name or your legal name is not listed correctly first you need to correct your information in the University Registrar's Database (for students) Alumni Affairs (for Alumni) or Human Resources Database (for staff and faculty).
Note: If you are both Staff/Faculty and a Student or Alumni, you will need to verify your name change with both Human Resources and the Registrar (or Alumni Affairs).
Once you have contacted the Registrar or Human Resources to verify your name, then you can call the Help Desk (368-HELP) or email help@case.edu, to ask to have us submitt your name change to the email administrators. Be sure to mention that you already checked with Human Resources or the Registrar.
