Sometimes called your Username or Login name, the Case User ID is the way our network knows who you are. Anytime you need to use something online, where it matters that you are an authentic Case User, you will be asked for your Case User ID. You will need to know your User ID to use services like email, the Software Center, and VPN. Note: Like your password, your Case ID is case-sensitive; it should be entirely lower-case.
