My MAC Address starts with a 44

The MAC Address for a Modem or PPP Adaptor starts with 44.

Usually there will be a pull down box where you can select your network card instead of PPP Adaptor. If you see no other choice your computer does not realize you have a network card installed. Call the Help Desk for further instructions.
