Change the Registration of a Network Device
Call the Help Desk (x4357) to change device registration information.
To change the Case network registration information for a network device, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 368-HELP (368-4357) or submit a ticket online. A Help Desk technician will record the necessary owner and device information, then forward the request to the appropriate ITS department.
Note: Some departments have a Computer Administrator to whom all network devices are registered. If your department has a Computer Administrator, please contact this person before attempting to change the registration of a device.
